Construction:

All of the cage sheets are first quality and galvanized 275 grams.
There are 3 mm U shaped legs at every 193cm.
Feeding canals sheets are 3mm.
Feed legs are 1.5mm thick. [ every 193 cm)
Unit connection sheets are 3mm.
Rail sheets are 2mm thick.
Egg wires are 2.5 mm thick.
Door wires 4mm thick.
Side Wall wires 3mm thick.
Cell top and back wires are 3mm thick.

Cage Cells:

Our cage cells designed with woven wire for optimum air circulation.
Egg wires have 7" slope for safe drop of eggs.
Cell doors opened horizontally.
There is an 8mm support under the egg wires.
Cell size is 47x35x48(h) cm. Every cell takes 4 birds.

Watering System:

Water is distributed with square pipe which is placed in the back of the cells.
Every cell has access to 1 nipple.
Water is regulated with water tank and sent to lines.
Every tier has 1 water tank for both side cells.
The water line consists of waterproof equipment.

Feeding System:

The feeding is done with feed cart by sending feed to canals.
The feed cart works manually.
Automatic feed distribution can be done as an option.
Feed cart and feed hoppers are made of galvanized sheet.
Feed can be transported from silo with main feed linet o feed carts.
